I have had this on my mind a lot lately. I have had my website going on 3 years now and have thought of the word reproductions when buying items or making them myself.
When ask what type of products do you sell, my first reply is antique reproductions. When ask what does that mean, I reply that it's ideas from the past such as things you would have seen on Little House On The Prairie.
Well, I have been thinking about this and have seen on many websites the word reproduction used for all type of products.
So my question for you as well as myself, is if the item is a reproduction of something, then how come there are so many people saying others copied their ideas, when in fact it was never their idea to start with.
