When One Door Closes

I have decided after a lot of thought and thousands of tears to close my website Cinnamon Creek Primitives.

I made this decision so that I can focus on going back to school and hopefully going nback to work.

I will continue to craft and sell my products.

I have always heard the old saying that when one door closes another one opens, and I do believe this to be very true.

  1. An education can be money and happiness in the bank, so to speak...websites are hard to keep up...remember, you can place yer things for sale right in yer sidebar of yer blog! And use PayPal to make sales right on yer bloggie! Good luck in yer schooling, my dear!

  2. Hi Retha, nice to meet you. Going to school huh? Sometimes I wish I had the courage to do so myself! I believe what you said on your post is true...."when one door closes" Chin up. Thanks for stopping by.

  3. So sorry to hear you've closed your website, but excited for you on going back to school. A giant leap that I was always so afraid to take! Good luck to you. Hope to see your creations on your blog!

  4. Good Morning Retha :) Good Luck on going back to school. Just remember if you EVER open up another website that I will have all your graphics on my end. Of course I will load them all for you for free :) HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY SWEETIE!! HUGs Deb

  5. Hi, Retha. So glad to have you as a follower. I am now following you as well. I can relate to that what do I want to be when I grow up. I have an elem. education degree, and taught for a year before having children. That was 16 years ago. I have no desire to go back to that, but feel I should do something with my life. Good for you with having the courage to go for it. I look forward to all you have to share. Take care.~~Melissa

  6. Retha,

I wish you the best of luck! I often miss school ... I have my Master's in Business, but always thought of attaining my doctorate!

You can still craft, but your decision to close your website to concentrate on your education shows your dedication... and I know that you will have a sense of accomplishment that comes from education.

I look forward to reading about your education journey and seeing your crafts that will become your inspirational outlet.

    Prim Blessin's,

  7. Hey Retha,
It has been a long time. I wish you much luck with continuing your education. I dont blame you one bit for that.

  8. I just found you & your leaving. May GOD bless your new road that you are on & may HIS favor be upon you.
